Classic Calibre
Any lever action with a two-piece wooden stock with the exception of those with a detachable magazine and rotating bolt.
Sights shall be of a blade and buckhorn type. No peep or micrometer/vernier adjustable sights are allowed.
Only centrefire calibres introduced prior to 1938 are eligible for this class.
Open Calibre
Any Lever Action rifle with a two-piece wooden stock with the exception of those with a detachable magazine and rotating bolt.
Any caliber will be accepted. No pointed projectiles in the rapid-fire events(box magazines excepted).
Any iron sights with the exception of those with optical inserts and/or rubber eyepieces will be permitted.
No butt hooks, palm rests, hand stops, slings or other such rifle attachments are permitted.

Target – Small bear
5 rounds x 1 detail
5 minute detail
50 metres – standing unsupported
Target – Fox head
5 round x 1 detail
5 minute detail
5 additional targets (contour) are to be shot
5 round x 1 detail
Separate targets for each detail of 5 rounds
Target, range, position and timing nominated by host club
Total number of rounds = 35
Open Centrefire
100 metres – any field position
Target – 50 m slow fire pistol
5 rounds x 2 details
5 minutes per detail
Separate targets for each detail of 5 rounds
50 metres – standing unsupported
Target – 50 m slow fire pistol, scoring 7–10 only
5 rounds x 2 details
5 minutes per detail
Separate targets for each detail of 5 rounds
50 metres – standing unsupported
Target – 50 m slow fire pistol

15 seconds per detail
The same target may be used for both details of 5 rounds
